Services
Counselling
Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear sense of what they want to work on. Other times, they simply know that something feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck.
Counselling offers space to explore emotions, relationships, life experiences, and patterns that may no longer be serving you. Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding rather than judgment.
There are times when words feel limited or difficult to access. Art therapy creates opportunities to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences through creative expression and reflection.
No artistic experience is required. The focus is not on artistic skill, but on using the creative process as another way of understanding ourselves. For some people, art offers a gentler path into difficult emotions. For others, it provides new perspectives, insight, and connection.
Art therapy can be integrated into counselling sessions or used as a primary approach depending on your interests and goals.
Art Therapy
Workshops and group offerings are designed to create opportunities for reflection, connection, and shared learning in supportive environments.
